Dear friends!
We would like to introduce a new one-semester program of the State Academic University for the Humanities (GAUGN) - Intensive course in Russian Studies 2020. The program welcomes students who seek to understand the historical and contemporary Russia and the former Soviet Union and Eurasian region. The main feature of GAUGN, which makes it a special institution, is close cooperation with the Russian Academy of Sciences. It enables students to immerse themselves in the academic world from the first year of studies, attend lectures by renowned scientists, and take part in scientific events and projects. We request you to inform students and others who are interested in participating in the program. Applications are open to current students as well as young professionals who have completed an undergraduate degree.
Term and duration: spring semester 2020
Deadline: November 5, 2019
Language proficiency: Russian language proficiency is not required; a good command of English (Upper-intermediate level and above) is enough. If you do not hold an international certificate, your English language proficiency will be checked via a Skype interview.
